I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (the National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I hold a M.A. Degree in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I have trained many clients ranging from competitive athletes to novice exercisers. I ran the Senior Fitness Department for the City of Chicago and had 26 trainers and 7000 seniors exercising by the time I left. Let me help motivate you to be the best that you can be!
