I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (the National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I hold a M.A. Degree in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I have trained many clients ranging from competitive athletes to novice exercisers. I ran the Senior Fitness Department for the City of Chicago and had 26 trainers and 7000 seniors exercising by the time I left. Let me help motivate you to be the best that you can be!

Strength training, flexibility, and core stability are the foundation of everything I do. After 27 years as a fitness professional, I’ve learned that true fitness begins with mastering the basics. That’s why I turned my own garage into a gym dedicated to movement fundamentals. Whether I’m training one-on-one or online, I tailor every program to meet each individual’s unique needs—helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence that lasts.
