Small group strength training fitness classes for women are held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30. Classes are hybrid, both online and in person. Friday class is an in person only, circuit-style class with TRX, Bosu, Weights and more and is held at 8:30. Drop-in rate: $15/class.
